You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have (Non-Negotiable)
- 13+ years of experience in payroll operations, tax processing, or HR/payroll support roles
- Hands-on exposure to U.S. payroll, tax filings, or compliance-driven workflows
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling high-volume, accuracy-critical data
- Ability to follow documented processes, controls, and SLAs consistently
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and payroll or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, payroll platforms)
- Comfortable working a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours
- Willingness to work onsite for the first 2 months before transitioning to a hybrid setup
