About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
Payroll Operations Analyst. This role will be based in
6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Operations Analyst to support end-to-end payroll processing for North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
Payroll Processing
- Collaborate with the Data & Inquiry Management team to ensure all payroll inputs are complete, accurate, and ready for each payroll cycle.
- Review and validate payroll results to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Identify discrepancies, variances, and anomalies in payroll results and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues before established cut-off deadlines.
- Execute payroll activities in accordance with the Payroll Calendar to ensure timely processing and payout.
- Prepare payroll supporting documents, validation schedules, and required reports for final payroll and payout approval.
Customer Support
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and requests that require specialized payroll processing knowledge in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide accurate, clear, and relevant payroll information to employees and stakeholders.
- Resolve payroll issues efficiently while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Adhere to data privacy regulations and ensure strict confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain payroll registers, validation templates, and payroll schedules in secure, approved repositories.
- Communicate payroll-related information and reports to business units as needed.
- Ensure payroll documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Process Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement enhancements.
- Learn, adopt, and apply digital tools and automation solutions to reduce manual processing and improve accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in accounting, Payroll background not required.
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology or Accounting Management
- 1-2 years Payroll background required.

- Enjoys working with details, high level of accuracy and precision.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Has a strong interest and ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Comprehends and safeguards sensitive data appropriately.
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
