Join a growing organization in the facilities services and workforce operations industry, supporting payroll operations across a large, multi-site workforce environment.


This role is a part-time Payroll Officer position focused on end-to-end payroll support, payroll compliance, reconciliations, and workforce system coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring payroll processes remain accurate, compliant, and efficient while supporting ongoing payroll system improvements and operational initiatives. You'll work closely with operations, people & culture, and leadership teams to support payroll delivery across a high-volume workforce environment.


This is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compliance-focused, highly organized, and comfortable managing payroll processes with accuracy and accountability.


 


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing across fortnightly payroll cycles

  • Process:

    • Wages

    • Leave entitlements

    • Overtime and penalty calculations

    • Terminations and adjustments



  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and audit checks

  • Assist with:

    • Payroll reporting

    • Payroll tax

    • Superannuation processing

    • STP reporting obligations



  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

  • Support payroll compliance aligned with:

    • Fair Work legislation

    • Company payroll processes



  • Assist with payroll system validation and workflow improvements

  • Coordinate with managers and internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies

  • Support payroll governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Help identify payroll anomalies and support issue resolution




What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

(Non-negotiable requirements)



  • Are based in the Philippines

  • Have 3+ years of payroll experience (MANDATORY)

  • Have strong end-to-end payroll processing experience

  • Have experience handling:

    • Payroll reconciliations

    • Payroll reporting

    • Compliance-focused payroll administration



  • Have strong understanding of:

    • Payroll processes

    • Payroll legislation and compliance fundamentals



  • Are highly detail-oriented and accurate with numerical data

  • Have strong organizational and time management skills

  • Can manage deadlines within a high-volume environment

  • Are proficient in:

    • Payroll systems

    • Excel/spreadsheet reporting




 

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Exposure to Australian payroll or Fair Work environments

  • Experience with Deputy (nice-to-have)

  • Experience supporting:

    • Payroll system upgrades or implementations

    • Parallel payroll runs or payroll testing



  • Familiarity with:

    • Award interpretation

    • Workforce management systems



  • Experience in multi-site or large workforce payroll environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Part-Time | Monday to Friday | Following AU Business Hours

  • Remote work setup

  • Open to PH-based applicants only

  • Philippine-based employment only
