Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
  • Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client
  • Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software. Highlight any customization request by the client
  • Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations

Job Requirements

  • College degree not required
  • 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime and absences
  • Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month and Tax Annualization computation
  • All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies including journal entries
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge on updated DOLE rules
