About The Role
As a
Payroll Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for driving payroll pipeline management and monitoring for branches and regions. You will support the Value Proposition and Business Development Team Head and works closely with the Branches and W2R in executing strategies and initiatives to achieve payroll acquisition targets.
How You'll Contribute
- Monitor and manage the payroll acquisition pipeline across assigned branches and regions
- Regular engagement with the Branches and W2R to drive payroll acquisition strategies
- Consolidate updates from various teams and generate regular reports on account status
- Design and implement campaigns to generate payroll leads and increase leads generation for payroll products
- Track and report the status of companies referred to SBF for eSALAD accreditation
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- At least 4-7 years of experience in deposit and payroll product management
- Banking experience is an advantage
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to moderate Excel skills / advance PowerPoint skills)
- Hard-working and can work independently as well as with a group or across cross-functional teams
