You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and core HR operations
- Direct experience handling U.S. payroll (multi-state exposure preferred); U.K. payroll experience is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles, including peak or seasonal workloads
- Working knowledge of payroll compliance, deductions, taxes, and statutory requirements
- Experience maintaining accurate records in an HRIS or payroll system with audit-ready standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and off-cycle adjustments independently
- Clear written communication skills for coordinating with international stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to work a permanent night shift (9:00 PM6:00 AM PH Time)
- Reliable home internet and workspace suitable for full-time remote work
