Job Description

As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you are the guardian of our most important promise to our employees: getting paid accurately and on time. You manage the full cycle of payroll processing while overseeing our Compenben (Compensation and Benefits) programs. You bridge the gap between finance and human empathy, ensuring every team member understands and receives their total rewards package.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Payroll: Execute timely and accurate payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the enrollment and renewal processes for health insurance, retirement plans (like 401k or MPF), and other company perks.
  • Government Compliance: Handle all statutory contributions and tax filings (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or local equivalents) to ensure the company remains in good legal standing.
  • Inquiry Management: Act as the Help Desk for all pay and benefits questions, explaining complex tax codes or insurance coverage in simple, friendly terms.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in the HRIS and Payroll systems, ensuring all new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments are updated instantly.
  • Compensation Analysis: Assist in salary benchmarking and annual merit increase cycles to ensure our pay remains competitive in the current market.
  • Audit & Reporting: Prepare monthly payroll reports for the Finance team and lead regular internal audits to ensure 100% financial accuracy.
