Payroll and AR/AP Accountant
Requirements
- :
Strong written and verbal English communication skill - s.Must be able to work during U.S. time zon
- esExperience with Paycor (a must), QuickBooks (a must), Microsoft Business Central or similar system
- s.Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP-based recording and reporting practice

AR/
- AP:
Reconcile customer statements and resolve payment discrepanc - ies.Maintain accounts with receivable records, create and send customer invoices, and apply incoming payme
- nts.Follow up on overdue balances and communicate with customers regarding payment sta
- tus.Setup PO accounts to establish credit lines with custom
- ers.Maintain organized files and accurate financial records in compliance with company polic
- ies.Prepare balance sheets, reconcile cash receipts, and support month-end closing activit
- ies.Assist with reporting, audits, and other accounting tasks as nee
ded.
Pay
- roll:Process weekly payroll accurately and on
- time.Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, and tax informa
- tion.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulat
- ions.Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inqui
- ries.Prepare and submit payroll reports and filings (e.g., taxes, W-2s, 10
- 99s).Coordinate with accounting on payroll-related entries and au
dits.
- Other:Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management. This isn't limited to accounting and may include general operations and HR related
tasks.
