Payroll & HR Operations Associate

We are hiring a Payroll & HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day Philippines payroll and HR operations within a shared-service / EOR environment.

This role is execution-focused, working closely with senior team members to ensure payroll accuracy and smooth HR operations.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system updates, coordination)
• Support payroll processing (data collection, validation, and reconciliation)
• Support statutory submissions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and payroll reports
• Handle basic employee queries related to payroll and HR processes
• Support senior team members on requests, escalations, and process improvements

Who we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll and/or HR operations (PH context)
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory contributions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle process-driven work
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, HRMS systems)
• Prior experience in shared services, BPO, or outsourcing is a plus
