Job Summary:
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support benefits administration and HRIS data management. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and solid knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, as well as experience supporting regional and European HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll (semi-monthly/monthly)
- Review and validate timekeeping, salary adjustments, and payroll computations
- Handle manual payroll checking and computations with a high level of accuracy, as payroll is currently processed without a dedicated HRIS/payroll system
- Handle statutory contributions and ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
- Prepare and submit required government reports (e.g., BIR 1601-C, 2316, and Alphalist)
- Administer employee benefits, leave records, and payroll-related documentation
- Maintain and update HRIS records and employee data with confidentiality and accuracy
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams on payroll-related concerns and reporting
- Support regional and European HR/payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations where applicable
- Stay updated on Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of payroll administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll processing, taxation, and statutory regulations
- Experience handling manual payroll processing and checking is required
- Experience supporting regional and/or European HR and payroll operations is required
- Experience handling government portals such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR
- Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
- Experience with eFPS and eBIRForms is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
