We are looking for a
Payments Operations Center Analyst (POC Analyst) to join our company.
This position will work on a schedule
Friday to Tuesday, from 23:00 to 08:00 (Manila time).

What You Will Be Doing
- Monitoring and overseeing payment flows in real-time, ensuring transaction stability and efficiency. Its main focus includes:
- Continuous monitoring of payment success rates.
- Early detection and alerting of failures or anomalies.
- Trend analysis to improve system stability.
- Coordination with technical and business teams for rapid incident resolution.
- The POC serves as the central hub to ensure payments are fast, secure, and efficient, minimizing disruptions and optimizing user experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ proven experience in Operations area or similar.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Proactive and hands-on you take initiative and like to get things done.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Advanced English required.
- Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
