About the job

The Payments Account Executive supports the
company's growth on sourcing and
onboarding additional partners in Bills Payments, ADA and
Disbursement which
will strategically help achieve the company's
goals and objectives. Skilled at producing results in fast paced
environments by adapting and implementing innovative
strategies. He aggressively builds solid business partners based
and drives revenue growth. He strongly maintains harmonious relationship with the business partners
andidentifygapsin performance and processes,
then create a seamless solution to enhance and
increase customer experience. Adept in negotiation
skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask and
function in a high paced environment.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Dealing with current external partners (Banks,
    Payment Channel, Disbursement and Insurance partner) – not
    limited to: Conducting annual, quarterly and monthly Business
    Review; Partner's 
    performance
    evaluation (efficiency and effectiveness) of the end-to-end repayment
    channel and disbursement process, individual
    repayment channel and disbursement partners.
    Maintaining good business relationship. Attending and addressing partner concerns from all channels. 
  • Ensures timely settlement
    with third parties 
  • Sourcing new external partner candidate (banks, payment channel,
    online payment gateway, disbursement channel)
     
  • Create business requirements for every new Payments projects - ensuring all needed business requirements are present when deploying new projects/partners 
  • Launch improvements/projects with Business
    Partners which will be beneficial in the company
     
  • Assigned as Process Specialist for payments – who can create processes and projects for improvements with ADA,
    Bills Payments, Disbursement and Insurance
     
  • Establishing an
    end-to-end comprehensive process of repayment and disbursement channels (Payments manuals)
     
  • ADA Admin Processing: Auto Debit
    Arrangement Enrolment,
    Transactions, Debiting; if encountered issues, escalating to appropriate department
     
  • Payment Channel's collections (Uploading/importing, cross checking, posting of payments,
    etc.)
     
  • Disbursement Procedures (Generation, Importing etc.) 
  • Address
    concerns/escalation from external partners in any form 
  • Manages
    the performance of subordinates 

 

What You Need to
Have:

·       Preferablywith Collections /
Payments / Financial/Bank
background  

·      
Strong/solid
Reconciliation Background
 

·       Must be able to deliver to stringent timelines confidently and can work in
minimal supervision
 

·       Demonstrates strong interpersonal
and communication skills and to work with high degree of quality
 

·       Demonstrates strong problem solving/issue resolution skills 

·       Must have the ability
to escalate concerns immediately to the immediate
superior, appropriate departments & business partners(ADA,
Payment Channel, Disbursement & Insurance) if there are
issues encountered during the process in any of these products
mentioned 

·       Must have
presentation skills 

·       Good communication skill (Both verbal and written)
