Payment SME (Finastra GPP experience)

We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in driving our Vietnam banking transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end banking business transformation with a strong focus on the core banking system.
• Define and drive the overall system development strategy for the Vietnam transformation program.
• Provide expertise in payments and settlements, including:
• SWIFT
• ACH
• BACS
• CHIPS
• CHAPS
• Develop and execute the overarching transformation master plan across multiple lines of business.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

• Deep understanding of core banking platforms and banking operations.
• Hands-on experience with payment and settlement systems.
• Strong strategic planning and transformation leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams to deliver large-scale initiatives.
