Your Role
Monitor and review payment processing errors, identifying root causes and escalating patterns as needed.
Monitor Stripe payment activity, including failed payments, anomalies, and operational alerts.
Manage Stripe disputes endtoend, including evidence collection, submission, tracking, and outcome reporting.
Conduct weekly ACH limit reviews to ensure compliance with internal thresholds and risk controls. Identify unusual or highrisk payment behaviors and escalate appropriately.
Maintain accurate documentation of all dispute cases, payment exceptions, and operational findings.
Follow established workflows for dispute handling, payment exception resolution, and monitoring tasks.
Identify recurring issues and bring them to Funnels attention to improve client experience.
Provide daily summaries of payment exceptions, disputes, and notable trends. Maintain clear, organized records for audit readiness.
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding risks, delays, or emerging issues.
