Payment Operations Associate (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Operations Associate to join our team on a six-month contractual basis. This role provides hands-on experience in financial operations, payment processing, customer engagement, banking transactions, and administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Assist with payment reminders and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries related to payments and repayment schedules.
- Maintain and organize payment and Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) documentation.
- Verify payment receipts and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Update and manage payment trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending payments and account concerns.
- Assist with bank-related transactions, including Post-Dated Check (PDC) deposits.
- Support daily operational activities, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and occasional field-related tasks for bank deposit and other transaction.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday.
