The Merchant Services Assistant offers the AUB Paymate (WeChat & Alipay) to potential merchants. The AUB Paymate is a mobile application and web-based platform that allows both face-to-face or e-commerce transactions, including WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay, among others. The role involves selling, documentation, and marketing of Paymate services to merchants.
Qualifications
- College Level or at least with experience in Sales (1 year or more)
- Excellent typing skills Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater; 98% accuracy
- High regard for confidentiality and attention to detail
- Flexible / adaptable to changes (e.g., change of shift schedule, etc.)
- Possesses multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No derogatory record from previous employment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Duties And Responsibilities
- Paymate Applications & Documentation
- Accomplishes the procedures for Paymate applications
- Receives, prepares checklists, prints out, and acknowledges documents
- Completes required documents and creates BAP/NFIS
- Encodes information in Teller 360 as reviewer
- Calls / sends emails for incomplete documents and verification of contact details
- Sends application status updates to source via email or calls
- Responds to branch, sales, and merchant inquiries
- Assists with completion of Alipay merchant accounts with failed status
- Uploads business certificates (DTI, SEC Registration) and Excel files to relevant portals
- Requests GCash and Grab online setups, QR strings, and integration
- Collates merchant/outlet details including branch info, MDR, MID, contact information, and website
- Submits documentation, onboarding reports, and status updates to MVS and relevant teams
- Merchant Follow-Up & Reporting
- Provides updates on Paymate status reports, Botty reports, GCash Glife reports
- Assists with Shopee Enrollment and API integration
- Scans and archives merchant documents
- Submits weekly, monthly, and summary reports of merchant applications, sales, and onboarding
- Maintains updated lists of merchants in Paymate, Liquid Pay, and Hello Money portals
- QA checks merchant folders and ensures safe keeping and archiving
- Coordination & Liaison
- Liaises with Onboarding Teams for MID Botty, GCash, and Shopee integrations
- Sends updated merchant information to relevant internal and external teams
- Assists with notarization of merchant agreements and inserts notarized MOAs into merchant applications
- Follows up on MC inactive accounts and completes merchant details
- General Administration
- Checks all merchant details in Paymate portal and applications
- Ensures compliance and proper completion of availed implementation types
- Coordinates with internal teams for smooth processing and onboarding of merchants
