Responsible for developing and preparing garment patterns based on approved designs, sketches, and specifications. Ensures accurate pattern construction to support sample making and smooth production flow.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Create garment patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, or samples.
• Translate design details into accurate patterns for sample production.
• Make adjustments to patterns based on fitting results and feedback.
• Perform pattern corrections to ensure proper fit and accuracy.
• Prepare patterns for different sizes when needed.
• Coordinate with designers and sample makers to ensure correct execution of designs.
• Check accuracy of measurements, seams, and allowances in all patterns.
• Maintain organized records of patterns and revisions.
• Support sample development by providing accurate pattern guides.
• Ensure patterns are ready for production use.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or Senior High School graduate (K-12).
• Experience as Pattern Maker or Assistant Pattern Maker is an advantage.
• Knowledge in pattern drafting and garment construction.
• Ability to interpret sketches, measurement charts, and tech packs.
• Familiar with basic garment fitting and adjustments.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in measurements.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a garment manufacturing environment.
