Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Services Supervisor who is responsible for analyzing patient experience data gathered by the Patient Insights Associate, transforming it into actionable insights that support service improvements and patient-centered care. The role involves preparing consolidated experience scores, identifying trends, and coordinating with Quality Management and other departments to recommend and monitor improvements. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential for driving data-informed decisions that enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably related to Behavioral Science, Research, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Communications
  • With at least two (2) years experience in data science, research and development
  • With Customer Service and Basic Leadership Training
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
