Role Description

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based healthcare organization, guiding patients and families from their first inbound inquiry through to a scheduled consultation. Every lead is warm — no cold calling or prospecting — so your focus is on speed, empathy, and clear communication when it matters most.

This role suits someone patients would naturally trust with a sensitive healthcare decision — calm, confident, and easy to talk to.

Responsibilities:

• Contact new inbound patient inquiries quickly after they come in
• Build trust and rapport with patients or their family members
• Explain services clearly and answer questions
• Address concerns or objections with empathy
• Schedule the patient's consultation or assessment
• Keep patient records accurate and current

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in healthcare sales, admissions, or patient coordination
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
• Outstanding phone presence
• Experience handling inbound patient inquiries
• Highly organized, able to work independently

Preferred Experience:

• Home Health, Behavioral Health, or Speech Therapy background
• Patient intake or healthcare scheduling experience

Hands-on experience with:

• Inbound patient communication
• Appointment/consultation scheduling
• Rapport-building with families making healthcare decisions
