Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Patient Coordinator role located in Pasig. The Patient Coordinator will manage daily operations related to patient care services, including appointment scheduling, communication with patients, and assisting clinical staff by maintaining accurate records and managing receptionist duties. Knowledge of medical terminology and professional phone etiquette is essential to ensure seamless patient interactions and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Will provide inbound and outbound telephonic and SMS texting support
- Will handle general inquiries, simple triage and basic customer service
- Will provide Participant-selected services as stated by the enrollment form
- Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
- Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
- Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment
- Empathetic and patient focused approach
- High attention to detail, diligence and reliability
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication with patients
- Knowledge of Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Good understanding of Medical Terminology and related healthcare protocols
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a healthcare or patient-facing role is an advantage
- Experience: 0-1 years and above
- Education:Graduate/Post Graduate
- USRN or PHRN
