About the Project: We are scoping a large-scale AI training data programme covering six image domains, from patent drawings to medical and satellite imagery. These roles lead the initial scoping phase: deciding where data should be collected from, validating sources and licences, and setting volume targets.

Job responsibilities:

• Review the candidate data sources for your sub-categories, and find additional sources where coverage is thin.
• Pull and assess samples for relevance, quality and accompanying text such as findings, captions or metadata.
• Estimate available volume per sub-category, propose the target split, and recommend Go or No-Go for each source.
• Flag licensing and access issues to the licence reviewer, and later help define style guides and gold-standard examples.

Qualifications:

• Scopes histopathology, cytology, hematology, cytogenetics and microbiology images.
• Requires an MD/DNB in Pathology
• 3+ years of diagnostic reporting
• Exposure to microbiology and to digital pathology or public image datasets is an advantage.
• C1-level English proficiency is required
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

• Work Schedule: Flexible between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM Philippine Time (9.19 hrs)
• Work Setup: Candidate must have own laptop
