Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Receiving & Inspection: Unloads and verifies the quantity and condition of parts from TMP and other suppliers against invoices.
- Systematic Binning: Arranges parts in their designated locations according to Toyotas 7 Storage Techniques and maintains proper labeling with SOP tags.
- Inventory Accuracy: Conducts daily stock level checks for fast-moving items, weekly random spot-checks, and monthly/semi-annual physical inventories to reconcile SAP records with actual stock.
- Documentation: Updates stock cards and jackets, processes requirements for the Service Department, and maintains records of unclaimed parts.
Operations & Sales Support
- Order Fulfillment: Picks and issues parts for service technicians and assists counter salesmen in releasing orders to walk-in customers.
- Service Preparation: Pre-picks necessary parts and chemicals for PM (Periodic Maintenance) and GS (General Service) transactions to ensure efficient workflow.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinates with TMP regarding delivery issues, such as damaged items or invoice discrepancies, and processes claims through the SAP operator.
Maintenance & Compliance
- Facility Upkeep: Maintains strict 5S standards within the warehouse and ensures all equipment (computers, carts, fans, etc.) is in good working condition.
- Environmental & Safety: Actively participates in Environmental Management System (EMS) activities and follows all safety and organizational protocols.
- Professional Development: Attends weekly departmental meetings and participates in mandatory TMP Semestral Exams.
- Flexible Support: Handles TMP promo reports and performs additional duties as assigned to support dealership needs.
