In this role, your mission is to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through optimizing inventory and service operations. You will make a direct impact by:
- Overseeing all parts and service operations to ensure seamless performance, managing inventories and their accuracy.
- Leading the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintaining an organized service job schedule, assigning work based on technician strengths, and ensuring accurate work orders.
This Role Is for You If
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a service or parts manager role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
- Knowledge of trailer repair, maintenance, welding, and electrical systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems.
- Experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter (as listed in the provided JD; note: these are typically recruitment tools and may be an anomaly in the original job description for this role).
Non-Negotiables:
- Remote work setup (located in Cebu City, PH).
- Availability for Night Shift (8:00 AM5:00 PM PH Time).

- High school diploma or equivalent.
