• Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in sales administration,
  
  

sales coordination, customer service, service administration, or a

related role

• Experience in equipment, machinery, automotive, industrial products, spare parts, or technical services is an advantage
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong
  
  

organizational, communication, and administrative skills

• Good understanding of basic sales and administrative processes
• Strong monitoring and follow-up skills, particularly for pending quotations, customer requirements, and scheduled maintenance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain
  
  

accurate records.

Job Description

The Parts Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Parts Sales Officer in managing spare parts and service opportunities, with primary responsibility for monitoring quoted parts and services, coordinating follow-ups, ensuring timely equipment maintenance, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

The position helps ensure that customer requirements, quotations,

service schedules, and related administrative activities are properly

monitored and acted upon, allowing the Product Sales Officer to focus on sales generation and customer development.

Salary Range : Php15,000 to Php18,000
