Parts Analyst

Role Description:

The Parts Analyst - Automotive is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila City. This role is responsible for analyzing parts usage and demand, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing reports to support accurate forecasting and ordering. The Parts Analyst coordinates with service, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of parts and to resolve parts-related inquiries. Daily tasks include reviewing data from manufacturing and dealership operations, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements to optimize parts flow and reduce costs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems and supporting compliance with company policies and supplier requirements.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for data review, forecasting, and inventory analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess process improvement skills to identify operational issues and implement efficiency-focused solutions.
• Relevant experience in automotive parts, inventory management, or dealership operations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and inventory systems is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately with detailed information and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
