We're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Partnerships, PR & Events Coordinator to help grow our brand through strategic partnerships, engaging on-ground activations, and meaningful creator and media relationships.

Role Overview
As the Partnerships, PR & Events Coordinator, you will drive Immuni's visibility through on-ground activations, PR initiatives, partnerships, and creator programs aligned with our Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar.
You will own the execution of events—from pop-ups and product sampling to trade shows and brand activations—while serving as the logistics lead for our Affiliate & Creator Program, managing outreach, creator codes, tracking links, deliverables, and payouts.
You'll also be the primary owner of event-led collaborations and barter-heavy partnerships, working closely with the Social, Community, and Creative teams to turn field activity into engaging content that extends the impact of each activation beyond the event itself.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Activations (End-to-End Ownership)
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations, including pop-ups, product sampling, trade shows, wellness events, and community engagements.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, permits, logistics, staffing, inventory, and event timelines.
- Ensure seamless execution aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Track event performance, document learnings, and prepare post-event reports.
PR & Media Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with media, publications, and relevant industry contacts.
- Coordinate product seeding, media kits, and press outreach.
- Support PR opportunities, interviews, and brand features that increase Immuni's visibility.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain a database of press contacts and placements.
Affiliate & Creator Program (Program Owner)
- Own the day-to-day operations of Immuni's Affiliate and Creator Program.
- Coordinate creator outreach, onboarding, and communications.
- Manage affiliate codes, tracking links, campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track creator performance and coordinate accurate, timely payouts.
- Maintain program documentation and identify opportunities to improve processes and program performance.
Endorser & Partnership Coordination
- Manage relationships with endorsers, brand ambassadors, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate barter collaborations, event partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partnership execution.
Calendars, Toolkits & Brand Safety
- Maintain partnership, PR, creator, and events calendars aligned with the GTM plan.
- Develop and manage campaign toolkits, briefs, event checklists, and activation playbooks.
- Ensure all external communications, partnerships, and activations comply with Immuni's brand guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Creative, Social, and Community teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
