Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree related to Business and Marketing Management.
  • Experience heavy in Marketing and Partnerships-Promotions from Banks, Food Delivery, FMCG industries
  • Analytical and can formulate actionable next steps from insights
  • Demonstrable knowledge of consumer communications skills to include merchandising and program messaging
  • Can relate to the downstream fuels industry, at least as a consumer.
  • Proven ability in accounts or partnerships management with pleasant personality
  • Proven experience in ideating, implementing, and monitoring of promotional program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • With good business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must know how to drive with valid driver's license and willing to do field work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Growth: Drive growth attributable to partnerships efforts
  • Consumer Knowledge: Implement research, analyze, and apply relevant consumer insights in campaign ideation, and program development in relation to partnership programs
  • Communication and Promotion Effectiveness: Work with Partners in the ideation, implementation, and monitoring of communication and promotional activities
  • Partnerships Marketing Budget Compliance: Ensure that expenses align with the approved budget
  • Build and maintain a close, productive, and sustainable business relationship with Partner groups

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall growth strategy of Partnership programs to align with business goals in conjunction with the marketing team and management
  • Conduct market research and analyze Partnership consumers/ target market
  • Drive the management of the approved marketing budget for the year

Execution & Campaign Management:

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging and growth-driving content across various channels, and platforms together with the Brand team.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive relevant Partnerships metrics together with the brand, marketing services, retail teams, and third-party agencies.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all Partnership programs
  • Use data-driven insights to test, iterate, and improve Partnership campaigns and programs
  • Present results and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Partners, brand, marketing services, advertising, and media agencies to drive Partnerships growth
  • Work closely with the retail team to drive local station implementation and monitoring of Partnerships programs
  • Work with relevant teams to create impactful and effective Partnership program presence in retail stations
