We are seeking a proactive Partnerships Coordinator to manage and grow our referral and organizational partnerships. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable with field work and performance optimization.
Location & Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Aurora, Cubao, Quezon City; 5 days/week (shifting schedule).
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and grow partnerships with referral partners, organizations, and KOLs
- Conduct field visits, onboarding, and contract management
- Support partners with operational challenges and ensure timely payouts
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and optimize referral systems
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, partnership management, sales, or field marketing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partnerships
- Comfortable with on-site visits and external meetings
- Fluent in Tagalog and English
