This position supports strategic partnerships and fundraising for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects while engaging stakeholders to sustain collaborations.
Qualification
- With 2+ years of experience in fundraising or marketing for social development, non profit and other similar organization.
- With 2+ years of experience in People Management / Lead Role
- With experience in Event Management, Relationship Building & Management
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in partnership development, fundraising, donor engagement, or resource mobilization.
- Proven experience in writing successful grant proposals and partnership agreements.
- Knowledge of the nonprofit and donor landscape (local and international).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides support in establishing strategic partnership and linkages to increase awareness and generate funds for the company's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects/programs.
- Seeks support and participation from individuals, corporations and other institutions for donations and other contributions.
- Attends to stakeholder meetings and events with local government units (LGU's), community heads, non-government organizations (NGO's), private institutions, etc.
- Drafts fundraising plans. Conducts research and collates data about potential donors/partners.
- Monitors budget, grant fund, and other financial data relative to resource generation activities.
- Develops communication materials to provide Information about program activities and milestones.
- Reviews content for website and other social media platforms about programs and fundraising events.
- Leads and mentors the team to ensure that the team's knowledge is developed.
