About the Role
The Partnership Distribution Performance Management Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the Performance Management team is able to effectively assess, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the PD Sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitors the performance of the Partnership Distribution team vis--vis the agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the Director of Partnership Distribution.
- Generates monthly reports that are essential for the Performance Management team to fulfil their responsibility.
- Accountable for the accurate and timely release of monthly reports assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in work process and reports. Raise these opportunities to the team, rationalizing the necessity, and recommend methodologies to address these.
- Assists in producing ad hoc reports aimed in increasing the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
- Actively participates in the accurate creation of reports, processes, and streamlining activities.
- Maintains the safekeeping, updating and distribution of Performance Management forms, records, and information.
- Facilitates sales performance deliberations aimed at understanding key challenges encountered along with insight into support required by sales personnel and generate a case summary detailing the highlights and lowlights of the meeting.
- Prepares documentation and recommendation for corrective/disciplinary actions. Liaise with legal and other members of the Disciplinary Committee as necessary.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor and / or Assistant Director for PD-Sales Support
- Drafts communication materials as necessary.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- No work experience necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer savvy
- General understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Willing to be assigned in BPLAC Makati Head Office
