Job Description:
The Partnership and Linkages Officer is responsible for developing, strengthening, and managing strategic partnerships between the university and external stakeholders. The role supports institutional growth by facilitating collaborations that enhance academic programs, research initiatives, community engagement, internships, and resource generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Education, Communications, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, external affairs, or program coordination. Experience in the academe, NGO, or corporate CSR units is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in drafting agreements and coordinating multi-sector collaborations.
- Ability to represent the university professionally in various external engagements.
