Partnership Acquisition, Onboarding, Management Lead

• Identify, source, and establish partnerships with diagnostic clinics, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare practitioners, and other healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing healthcare partners.
• Conduct partner presentations, negotiations, and discussions to communicate the organization's value proposition and partnership opportunities.
• Assess potential partners based on business needs, service capabilities, compliance requirements, and partnership potential.
• Support the expansion of the healthcare partner network by identifying new opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise and practical understanding of Medical Operations and Clinic Management.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, managing partnerships and improving operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, contract negotiation and project coordination skills before end of August.
