About the role

As a Partner Support Officer, you are responsible for the accuracy of applications and the remediation or collection of documents, to ensure customers meet KYC obligations and we are lending responsibly. The Partner Support Officer role is a customer-facing function, which includes assisting our customers and partners with application related enquiries, assisting with errors, and providing guidance related to submitting applications. The scope of this role includes provision of support services to business operations across the Group's global entities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Mortgage Applications
  • Complete application remediation tasks in line with policy, process, and SLAs
  • Collecting and validating documents from Customers and Partners
  • Liaise with other business stakeholders to progress applications so a lending decision can be provided
  • Handle enquiries from customers and partners related to applications
  • Ensure the accuracy of information within applications
  • Identify and escalate any issues relating to non-compliance or Fraud
  • Deliver exceptional customer services via inbound and outbound channels (including voice, email, chat, social)
  • Complete other ad hoc tasks or responsibilities consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, as may be required from time to time
  • Carry out activities for and on behalf of the Group's global entities

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling Data Entry, Customer and Client facing roles
  • Strong understanding of Client relations and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Alignment to company values and ethos
