Build effective and trusted relationships with partners in ways that demonstrate partner focus and satisfaction by identifying needs, following up in a timely manner and exceeding partner expectations.
Meet with partners on a regular cadence and set agenda for meetings.
Follow up and report on agreed actions with all stakeholders.
Maintain a clear understanding of the partner value proposition and summarize partner status and next actions for manager.
Manage multiple projects and multiple partners simultaneously
Ability to identify task next actions and follow through to completion in an efficient and timely manner.
Follow up on referral status; capture accurate information; monitor partner success and metrics to measure the value each partner brings to the program.
Assist with planning and executing programs to effectively engage in marketing and promoting the partners.
Manage appropriate communication, coordinate activities, anticipate issues, facilitate conflict resolution, and escalate to key stakeholders, as necessary.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Alliances, Customer Success, Business Development, or Partner Management
Excellent interpersonal and both verbal & written English communication skills
Curiosity and desire to learn about new industries & software products
Collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with team members and internal customers
Detail-oriented, critical-thinker with ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work in US Time zone (EST or CST)
Bachelor's college degree or equivalent preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is a plus
