About The Job

The Partner Relations Specialist is responsible for driving online sales and enhancing customer experience through effective product management and merchandising strategies. This role involves curating merchant & brand pages, optimizing product information, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of Shoppingmall.ph.

A key part of the role is engaging MPL Merchants by communicating HC driven campaigns and encourage participation. The role would develop merchant programs that would educate and motivate merchants on how to maximize their partnership with Home Credit through Shoppingmall.ph.

What You'll Do

  • The Partner Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in SMPH's online merchandising operations – significantly impacting customer experience, brand visibility, merchant success, and overall sales. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage the communication of HC campaigns to merchants to encourage participation
  • Developing strategies to increase mirroring of merchant deals in their physical shops on Marketplace
  • Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns based on their performance in terms of reach, frequency, and response rates
  • Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with other companies for the benefit of our merchant partners.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to champion activities or projects needed for the benefit of merchants.
  • Initiating together with Product team, merchant surveys to capture merchant sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyzing data from various sources such as websites, social media platforms, and mobile applications to identify opportunities for improving marketing initiatives
  • Co-managing the development of Merchant pages for select merchants

What You Need To Have

  • At least 3 years Experience
  • Experience in Merchant or Partner Program development and execution
  • Experience In B2B Marketing
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in Campaign Management
