Overview:

The Partner Portal Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and engaging partner-facing web experiences. This role focuses on delivering high-quality portal solutions that support partner enablement, collaboration, and self-service capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical teams to create innovative web solutions that enhance the partner experience and drive business success.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain partner portal websites using modern web technologies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional web solutions
  • Ensure portal applications meet performance, accessibility, usability, and security standards
  • Support integrations between portal experiences and CRM or PRM platforms
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize portal functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner engagement and self-service capabilities

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field
  • Experience developing and maintaining web applications using modern web technologies
  • Strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance, accessibility, and security
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Dynamics 365 PRM
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Builder and Salesforce PRM
  • Experience supporting sales and/or marketing teams, with channel sales experience considered a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platform-specific tools
