About the job

The Partner
Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue for Home
Credit's POS business and its products by leveraging on the company's
Commercial Partners. This function seeks growth through collaborative
advertising and brand marketing opportunities with Commercial
Partners in assigned categories—Brands, Retailers, Regional Accounts, New
Commodities.
 

The role co-leads the Partner Marketing
function with his peers and superiors in
strategizing, developing and implementing mutually
beneficial collaborative co-branded
campaigns with identified Commercial Partners. It
involves Commercial Partner campaign ideation, internal coordination,
project execution and performance
tracking. This entails in-depth familiarity with Home
Credit's Point-of-Sale (POS) products, Commercial Partner's marketing
activities to effectively promote our products across their major launches,
online and offline campaigns, PR and other BAU marketing
efforts.  The function also calls for business development to be able
to redirect Partner Marketing dollars into joint efforts with Home
Credit. 

The role
works cross-functionally with Sales (in conjunction with the
assigned category/ies), Sales Back Office and Marcomm teams such
as Campaigns, Brand, Social Media, Creatives, PR, and
Digital Marketing to help deliver on agreed targets. He/she will
champion joint marketing
efforts with strategic Partners to drive
commercial objectives such as acquiring new
customers and achieving incremental volume growth for Home
Credit and consequently for our Partners as well.
 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Influence
    total POS business growth by driving the increase in contract
    volume/value with Partners in the assigned category/ies—Brands and
    New Commodities. 
  • Conceptualize,
    develop and co-present (with Sales) professional
    pitch proposals to key Commercial Partners in assigned
    category/ies. 
  • Lead
    the ideation, development and delivery of co-branded
    Partner Marketing campaigns through Home Credit and/or
    Partner channels such as social media, owned digital
    assets, point-of-sale merchandising, OOH, paid ads
    through digital marketing, and on-ground activations, where
    applicable. 
  • Liaise
    with cross-functional teams— Creatives, Campaigns,
    Brand, Social Media, PR, Digital Marketing and Analytics—for
    Partner Campaign planning, ideation, communication development,
    implementation, monitoring and post-mortem reporting. 
  • Evaluate
    campaigns launched with Partners and recommend improvements. 
  • Educate
    partners with relevant Home Credit products and developments to guide them
    on best practices to drive shared business objectives. 
  • Maintain
    positive and productive relationship with partners and gain
    familiarity on their product roadmaps, marketing
    activities. 
  • Raise
    collaborative Partner Marketing funds with Partners with
    the aid of Sales to augment Home Credit-initiated
    campaigns. 
  • Regular
    recording of Partner Marketing budget transactions for
    reporting. 
  • Weekly updating
    of Project Lists and Mancomm Updates.  
  • Day-to-day
    account-based marketing administration with Sales counterparts. 

 

What You Need to
Have:

·       With at least 6 years of experience in Marketing,
preferably with a background in B2B & B2B2C marketing from TMT
industries. 
 

·       Has employed multi-discipline approach to marketing with experience in
4Ps, branding, marketing analytics, social media, digital marketing, ATL and
BTL
 

·       Excellent organizational skills and ability to work across departments
and functions
 

·       Background in account management or agency work is an advantage 

·       Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
