The Partner Engagement / Partner Marketing Manager supports the execution of marketing programs with the company's Marketplace and GPA partners. This role turns partner marketing strategy into action by coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, supporting internal teams, and tracking performance.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives on execution, collaboration,
and delivering measurable results.
What You'll Do :
- Execute approved partner marketing initiatives, including webinars, joint content, social campaigns, and internal promotions
- Coordinate with partners to manage inputs, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage day-to-day campaign workflows and tracking; flag risks and dependencies
- Review and refine partner assets (webinar abstracts, landing pages, emails, presentations) for brand and message alignment
- Support customer and sales success story development
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting marketing campaign ROI, not just activity metrics.
- Prepare post campaign summaries and sales debriefs to support follow-up
- Provide metrics and inputs for partner QBRs and quarterly reporting
- Support internal enablement with sales and SDR briefs, talking points, and promotions
- Leverage AI tools to improve content development and campaign efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B or partner marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience executing digital, social, and webinar programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to track performance and communicate results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a matrixed environment
- Experience using AI tools for content or marketing optimization
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
