Job Description

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or partner management, preferably within Tech & Operations
  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and offboarding processes
  • Proven ability to create dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and contract management systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for business decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external partners
  • Can start immediately

Job Details

  • Project-based (6 months initial contract)
  • Location: Global Center 9th Avenue, corner 30th Street, BGC, Taguig City
  • Hybrid setup

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance.
  • Monitor compliance and progress of the contract lifecycle management process, including collection, monitoring and reporting a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor contracts like MSAs, SOWs).
  • Contract monitoring on new engagements, renewals and offboarding.
  • Draft and review 3rd party contract templates and appropriateness of entries to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Legal and Technology and Operations Proponents to ensure contract adherence.
  • Provide day to day guidance on both transactional and non-transactional issues.
  • Provide process guidance and feedback on improvement areas.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance
  • Regularly assess and report on service providers performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Validate contractual incentives or penalties based on their performance.
  • Analyze service providers performance to inform future sourcing strategies and financial planning.
  • Liaise with partner communications and cadence
  • Support existing 3rd party partner relationships triaging requests and business needs
  • Assist in managing internal metrics and ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
