Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Partner Launch Manager owns the 30-day onboarding process for new partners, coordinating Sales, Marketing, FinOps, Underwriting, and Client Success to keep launches on schedule. Beyond execution, the role is strategic: it means studying what drives employee registration across launches and using those insights to tailor each rollout — messaging, timing, channels — to the partner's industry and workforce. Success is measured by activation rates, with the role building a growing knowledge base of what works (by industry, format, and messaging) to make future launches faster and more effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Launch Planning & Project Management

• Own and execute the Pre-Launch and 30-Day Post-Launch Playbook for each newly signed partner. Extended involvement beyond Day 30 may be required if the uptake/registration target has not been achieved.

• Maintain a master launch tracker across all phases: Planning, Kickoff, Solution Design, Tease & Prepare, and Launch & Scale.

• Set timelines, assign tasks, and follow up with owners across all departments.

• Flag blockers and escalate risks to the Sales VP and relevant department heads as needed.

• Ensure all pre-launch documentation (MOA, SEC registration, GIS, payslip, employee masterlist, etc.) is collected on time.

2. Marketing Coordination

• Collect the partner's hi-res logo and branding guidelines; brief the Marketing team.

• Oversee creation and upload of all launch materials: posters, email templates, announcement collaterals, and videos.

• Manage the Shared Drive: structure, access, version control, and approval workflows.

• Coordinate the 9-wave teaser campaign: send dates, content review, and distribution via partner POC.

• Project-manage the launch plan using an Excel tracker and/or PowerPoint presentation.

• Facilitate on-time delivery of partnership announcements, FAQ posts, raffle promotions, and helpdesk materials.

• Support roll-up banner production and on-site placement logistics.

3. Sales Support & Roadshow Coordination

• Organize and schedule pre-launch kickoff meetings between the Tendo Sales team and partner POCs.

• Coordinate calendar invites, roadshow posters, and logistics for all virtual and on-site employee orientations.

• Equip speakers with presentation decks, FAQs, and talking points prepared by Marketing.

• Arrange site access (security passes, gate clearance) for on-site roadshow visits.

• Act as the liaison between Sales and the partner HR/POC throughout the campaign.

• Facilitate employee orientation sessions as needed.

4. FinOps Coordination

• Initiate and track Tendo system setup requests with the FinOps team upon receipt of complete partner data.

• Collect and validate the employee masterlist (ID number, name, hire date, salary, employment classification, mobile number, personal email).

• Monitor Tendo profile creation timelines and flag delays that affect launch readiness.

• Ensure the enrollment template and pre-launch checklist are submitted to FinOps before system configuration begins.

• Coordinate FinOps participation in the Payroll & Finance Alignment Meeting: schedule, agenda, and follow-up.

• Track system validation sign-offs and confirm readiness before Phase 3 activities begin.

5. Underwriting Coordination

• Coordinate with the Underwriting team to ensure partner and employee profiles meet eligibility requirements before launch.

• Track underwriting approval timelines and communicate status updates to Sales and FinOps.

• Flag exceptions or eligibility gaps early in Phase 1 to prevent downstream delays.

• Facilitate underwriting sign-off as a prerequisite for Tendo system setup and benefit activation.

6. Transition to Client Success

• Serve as the bridge between the pre-launch team and the Client Success (Account Management) team.

• Prepare and hand over a complete Launch Completion Report covering: partner profile, enrollment data, open items, and key contacts.

• Support the assigned salesperson during the Pre-Launch Alignment Meeting and ensure all requirements are met.

• Ensure the Account Manager attends the Payroll & Finance Alignment Meeting and at least one employee orientation session.

• Document all partner-specific preferences, escalation paths, and SLA expectations for the Client Success team.

• Conduct a formal 30-day post-launch handover meeting: recap wins, pending items, and ongoing support needs.

• Maintain a transition checklist to confirm no activities fall through during the handover from launch to steady-state account management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, account management, or partnership operations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across cross-functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino; Taglish proficiency a plus. Comfortable presenting to large groups.

• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.

• Active on social media, particularly LinkedIn.

Preferred

• Experience in fintech, HR tech, payroll lending, or employee benefits industries.

• Familiarity with partner onboarding, client success, or B2B2C sales support processes.

• Working knowledge of payroll processes and employee data management.

• Experience collaborating with Underwriting, FinOps, or Compliance teams.

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent).
