Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute overall marketing plans for the Asia-Pacific region and global markets. Formulate strategies for brand promotion, lead generation, events and content marketing tailored to the characteristics of different regional markets.
  • Oversee all online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media operations, industry media placements, EDM, live streaming, overseas exhibitions and industry seminars, to enhance global brand awareness and regional influence.
  • Conduct in-depth research across Asia-Pacific markets, monitor local market trends, customer demands and competitor activities. Continuously optimize marketing strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Create and localize overseas marketing content, including promotional copies, posters, case studies, whitepapers and other materials for global and Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Collaborate with sales, product teams and overseas offices to drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM), overseas lead acquisition and lead nurturing, so as to boost business performance.
  • Maintain relationships with overseas media, industry KOLs and business partners, and expand global marketing resources.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in B2B or cross-border marketing. Preferably practical experience in Asia-Pacific and global markets.
  2. Preferably a good command of English communication skills for daily interaction with regional stakeholders and global offices, clients, and internal teams across different countries. Familiarity with the market landscape, culture and marketing practices of major Asia-Pacific countries is a plus.
  3. Preferably proficient in Mandarin as the role requires regular communication with Chinese based clients and internal stakeholders to provide regional support, conduct calls, emails, and documentation with Chinese clients and partners. The role supports our China office and clients 70% of the time
  4. Proficient in mainstream overseas marketing channels including LinkedIn, Google, industry platforms and social media. Sound knowledge of content marketing, event marketing, lead nurturing and ABM strategies.
  5. Independently planning and delivering global and regional marketing projects. Strong logical thinking, execution and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  6. Keen on market insight, solid copywriting and data analysis skills, able to iterate marketing strategies based on data.
  7. Able to communicate across time zones and align work schedules with Asia-Pacific and global markets.
