Job Description

Cloud Solutions Architect

The Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) is responsible for driving cloud solution sales and delivering cloud-based services to customers. This role supports public cloud and hybrid cloud initiatives by analyzing customer business needs, designing effective solutions, and ensuring that proposed architectures are scalable, competitive, and deliverable. The CSA plays a key role in achieving revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Solutions Consulting

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business requirements, identifying pain points, and providing solution-oriented guidance to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Provide high-level solution design and project consulting to support customers cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a core project contributor, leading or supporting project discussions, solution alignment, commercial considerations, and operational activities, including issue and dispute resolution.

2. Market Insight and Solutions Planning

  • Develop a strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and the broader macro environment.
  • Identify digital transformation opportunities and contribute to market strategies and solution positioning.
  • Build and manage solution ecosystems across industries and sales scenarios, including partner collaboration and enablement.

3. Technical Project Management and Implementation

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and design practical, cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources across technical and delivery teams to support pre-sales activities, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and successful project delivery.
  • Ensure solutions meet customer expectations for performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud-related sales or solution roles within the Philippines market.
  • Strong capability in requirements analysis and solution design, with the ability to align customer needs with business strategy, budget considerations, and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build trusted advisory relationships.
  • Proven project execution skills, including lead generation, opportunity conversion, solution strategy development, and successful delivery.
  • Solid commercial and transaction management skills, including pricing strategy and profitability management.
  • Good understanding of industry ecosystems and the ability to establish professional influence within the market.
