In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from sourcing and screening new partners to onboarding, contract and rate negotiation, compliance management, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management. You will play a key role in ensuring we maintain a reliable, compliant, cost-effective, and high-performing global partner network that supports the delivery of outsourced IT services.

What You'll Do:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor and service delivery partners across assigned countries, conducting regular touchpoints and performance reviews to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, source, screen, and onboard new partners to address coverage gaps and support business demand across multiple countries.
- Contract & Rate Negotiation: Lead rate card negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring competitive pricing, alignment with target rates, and continuous cost optimization.
- Partner Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, service quality, availability, and compliance. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions where required.
- Cost & Savings Management: Analyse partner spend, market rates, and project costs to identify opportunities for renegotiation, rate reduction, redistribution, and savings.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure partners complete all required onboarding, compliance, and contractual documentation and maintain accurate partner records and databases.
- Escalation Management: Handle internal and partner escalations within agreed SLAs, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Partner Coverage & Capacity: Maintain sufficient partner coverage and capacity across assigned countries, ensuring availability aligns with current and forecasted service demand.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in partner management, vendor management, procurement, sourcing, contract management, or account management, preferably within IT services, managed services, or outsourcing.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience negotiating rates, contracts, or cost savings.
- Experience sourcing, screening, onboarding, and managing vendors, subcontractors, or service delivery partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review spend data, rate benchmarks, performance reports, and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence handling escalations and negotiations.
- Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining trackers, databases, contracts, compliance records, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, countries, and priorities across different time zones.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cost control, service quality, partner performance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a multi-country or global services environment is highly advantageous.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT managed services, field services, onsite support, or outsourced IT delivery.
- Familiarity with partner/vendor compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with ITSM, vendor management, procurement, or partner management platforms.
- Multilingual capability, particularly for managing international partner relationships.
