About The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Virtual Executive Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support during weekends. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values flexibility and autonomy.
You will play a key role in keeping our leadership team organized, informed, and focused by managing communications, scheduling, and special projects that require attention over the weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and weekend schedules.
- Monitor and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely completion of weekend tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct online research, summarize findings, and prepare concise briefs.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks such as reservations and travel planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Communicate with team members to support smooth weekend operations and transitions into the workweek.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (remote experience preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work consistently on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Notion, or Asana.
- Professionalism: Reliable, discreet, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Working Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday: 16 hours total or 8 hours / day
- Monday & Tuesday: 8 hours total or 4 hours /day
