Job Description

Responsible for Diagnosing, Assessing and Troubleshooting/Fixing Computer Monitors.

Key Requirements & Skills

1.Technical Proficiency

a.Hardware Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Identifying and Fixing Issues with

Computer Monitors

b.Component Replacement: Replacing Defective Parts like power supplies,

backlights or boards

c.Assembly/Disassembly: Knowledge of taking apart and putting together Computer

Hardware

2. Education

a. Formal: A minimum of a High School Diploma, with a preference for a Vocational/Bachelor's degree in any IT-related field.

b. Certifications: Relevant certifications associated with IT/Job Description.

3. Experience

a. Practical experience with hardware maintenance and repair.

4. Soft Skills

a. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
