Marketing Backer (Digital Marketing Specialist)
A Marketing Backer is responsible for planning and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that grow brand presence and engagement across multiple social media platforms.
This role is ideal for creative and strategic thinkers who are passionate about social media, content creation, and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and execute social media content across platforms
Develop content calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness
Manage daily social media campaigns and ensure consistency
Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interaction
Set up and manage business pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google My Business)
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and insights
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Maintain digital marketing calendars and posting schedules
Grow and engage followers, likes, and community reach
Use social media tools such as Hootsuite and HubSpot for optimization
Requirements
Strong strategic thinking and creative writing/design sensibility
Experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Meta Ads Manager
Social media savvy with strong awareness of current trends
