Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organised Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads, maintaining accurate records, and supporting outreach campaigns to help grow the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with online research, has strong communication skills, and can work independently. Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads, businesses, clients, or referral partners.
  • Build and maintain lead lists using online platforms, directories, databases, and other sources.
  • Input, update, and manage lead information in the company CRM system.
  • Assist with email outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Qualify leads based on agreed criteria and pass suitable prospects to the relevant team.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and lead status accurately.
  • Support the creation and organisation of marketing or sales campaigns.
  • Maintain clear records of all communication and lead progress.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, or management team to meet lead generation targets.
  • Prepare simple reports on leads generated, contacted, qualified, and converted.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, telemarketing, marketing, or business development is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in lead generation, sales support, or related field is required.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of other CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms is also beneficial.
  • Strong online research and data entry skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic office tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
  • Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable working part-time hours and meeting agreed deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM systems, especially GHL / GoHighLevel.
  • Experience in cold outreach, email campaigns, or appointment setting.
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels, pipelines, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Excel, email marketing tools, or online research platforms.

Working Hours

This is a part-time role. Working hours will be agreed depending on business needs and applicant availability.
