We are seeking a highly qualified and professional
Part-Time Japanese Language Teacher to join our esteemed academic team. The role encompasses instructing students in the Japanese language at beginner and lower proficiency levels, developing instructional materials, and ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of student progress.
The ideal candidate is responsible, collaborative, and dedicated to upholding the institutions academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary Japanese language lessons tailored for lower-level learners in accordance with the curriculum.
- Develop, prepare, and continually refine teaching materials to enhance both classroom and online instruction.
- Engage in mandatory training sessions to ensure instructional coherence and teaching excellence.
- Attend scheduled faculty or project meetings diligently.
- Adhere to the directives and academic guidelines established by the Project Manager.
- Maintain precise and timely submission of daily student reports and performance assessments.
- Cultivate a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in Japanese language instruction (both face-to-face and online).
- Must possess at least a JLPT N3 certification (N2 or higher preferred).
- Proven ability to design and adapt instructional materials effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional work ethic characterized by punctuality, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with the academic team.
