Role Description

This is a PART-TIME hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Makati, which also allows some flexibility to work from home. The Insurance Agent will engage clients to provide professional financial advice tailored to their needs, promote Manulife's insurance solutions, and support clients in identifying the right products to secure their future. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial consulting, sales, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to connect with clients effectively
• Organizational ability with attention to detail for managing multiple clients and ensuring compliance
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial solutions; willingness to stay informed about industry trends is a plus
• Results-oriented attitude, self-motivation, and ability to meet sales goals
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is an advantage, but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
