Part-Time Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update client-facing brochures and marketing collateral usingCanva,Adobe InDesign, andIllustrator
• Create new assets in alignment with a recently developed logo and refreshed branding
• Update and build out content/design elements on an existingSquarespacewebsite
• Adapt existing designs to new branding guidelines
• Design ad hoc materials such as:
• Business cards
• Event signage
• Information slide decks
• Parking signs
• Collaborate remotely with internal stakeholders to meet design goals
• Deliver high-quality design assets on or beforemid-October deadline
• Qualifications3+ years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house)
• Proficient inCanva,Adobe InDesign, andAdobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience designing for bothprint and digital platforms
• Prior experience withSquarespace website content/design updates
• Strong eye for visual layout, typography, and branding consistency
• Ability to follow existing design templates while also creating from scratch when needed
• Excellent time management and ability to hit project milestones
• Nice to Have Background in marketing or communications
• Familiarity with basic admin or operations support (not required but a bonus)

Additional Notes

• This is atemporary, project-basedengagement focused on delivering key branding and design assets by mid to late October.
• While the initial scope is part-time, there may be potential for further collaboration depending on project needs.
• The client is open to experienced designers who are comfortable with acontract or temp arrangement.
